Registration: first name, last name, email address, the attendee category you select, your topics of interest, your stated experience level and — optionally — company and role.

We do not collect wallet addresses, portfolio values, transaction data or any financial account information at registration. We do not ask you to connect a wallet anywhere on this site.

We rely on legitimate interests to administer your free place and send essential event information, and on consent for optional programme marketing emails. Marketing consent is never pre-ticked and can be withdrawn at any time from any email we send.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and audience management. Each is bound by a written processing agreement and may only act on our instructions. A current list is available on request.

Registration records are kept for the event cycle and up to 24 months afterwards so we can contact you about the next edition, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Survey responses are retained in aggregated form.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum with appropriate safeguards.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email hello@ukcryptotaxsummit.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
