Accessibility
Accessibility statement
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across this website and to make the event itself usable for everyone who registers.
What we have done
Keyboard access throughout, a skip link, visible focus indicators, semantic headings with one H1 per page, labelled form controls with errors announced to assistive technology, tap targets of at least 44px, and full respect for the reduced-motion preference — atmosphere animation and the custom cursor are switched off entirely.
Known issues
The atmospheric background imagery is decorative and hidden from assistive technology, but very low-contrast decorative detail may still be visible to some users. Session times currently read as “TBC” until the programme is finalised, which screen-reader users encounter repeatedly in the agenda list.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site or at the event blocks you, email hello@ukcryptotaxsummit.com with the page and what happened. We treat access reports as priority work and will acknowledge within five working days.
